I am Tine. I lead and hold space for conscious transformation. I am a visionary and a bridger. I help as many people as possible to (re)connect with our natural intelligence and wisdom. I am a trained psychologist and traumatherapist and I have + 20 years of experience with facilitating both individual sessions and groups. I travel the world and love to meet new people and connect. My deeps focus is showing the way og being Huge-by Heart meaning integrating your heart energy in everything you do in life ecoming leaders of the futre which is already here. Transformation is not always pretty but you can be safe in my circles to do your own work and proces.

In my retrats I work with relaxing your nerveous system by meditating, dancing, being in nature, sitting by the fire, breathwork, Flowgame, cacaoceremonies and more. I design your retreat tailormade for any group. Experienced, beginners as corporate or porfessionals. I help you get in contact with your deepest and most connected energy langauge.

I am based in the North. City of Copenhagen in Scandinavia.

What Inspires Me:

Being alive inspires me. People, music, dancing and nature. I am a natural born energyintuitive living a life connected to nature, dancing with life, its sensuality and mystery as a daily practice.
