My bodywork foundations are in qi gong, five elements theory & traditional Chinese healing. I have offered 3,000 hours of integrated massage drawing upon shiatsu, acupressure, reflexology, myofascial release, Swedish & Watsu. Clients describe their bodywork experiences with me as “deeply relaxing” & “profound.” In settings from luxury spa to the private retreat, I seek to hold a space of acceptance with impeccability in execution of modality and conduct.

I have 9 years personal-cheffing & food education experience with all ages. I am skilled at serving a variety of whole-food ways with deep experience in farm-to-table and permaculture education. Coming from a personal history of resolved disease, my gratitude & passion originate from a place of compassion.
