I am a professional Retreat Coordinator and Community Manager with over 10 years of experience in coordinating retreats from guest service inquiries to programme design, social media and email marketing, staff management, invoicing, and in-person assistance. I enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly during the retreats, delivering top level hospitality experience. I have an eye on details and I care deeply that the guests have a memorable positive retreat experience. I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and a forever student in the path of self-development. Originally, I am from Finland, but for the past 13 years I have lived in Italy, Costa Rica, Peru, Easter Island and now Barcelona, Spain. I am fully fluent in English, Spanish and Finnish and Italian.

Retreat coordination, remote admin/virtual assistance tasks, hosting, digital and social media marketing, email marketing, customer service, staff coordination, facilitating yoga and meditation and sharing circles.

I’m Based In:

I\\\\\\\'m based in Barcelona, Spain, but fully open for relocation or remote-work. I\\\\\\\'m originally from Finland, and speak and write fluent English, Spanish, Finnish and Italian.

What Inspires Me:

I am inspired by witnessing transformation and positive change in people. That is why I feel so drawn to facilitating events and experiences that mark a before and after in peoples lives.

My Favourite Retreat Locations Around The World:

I truly love several locations on the Pacific Coast in Costa Rica, but I cannot wait to explore more magical places on this planet to create memorable retreat experiences.
