Michael King, a renowned Pilates teacher with over 45 years of experience, began his journey as a dancer at the London School of Contemporary Dance. In 1982, he opened Body Control Studios, which later connected with Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden, London. Michael\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s expertise grew as he managed the Pilates studio at the Houston Ballet Company and trained at prominent studios across the USA. Founder of the Pilates Institute UK, Michael now runs Michael King Pilates, delivering training programmes in over 30 countries. His dedication to Pilates and fitness has been instrumental in setting national and international standards, making him a respected figure in the industry.
