I am Sanda, a yoga teacher and holistic practitioner with a strong background in nutrition, conscious cooking and retreat support, currently seeking aligned collaborations with retreat centers, farms and holistic spaces.

I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with initial teaching experience and have been deeply engaged in nutrition for many years, including an academic background. I am currently continuing my holistic education with a strong focus on food, health and mind–body balance.

One of my core strengths is creating nourishing, grounding and supportive retreat environments through yoga, food and presence. Cooking and baking are a central part of my work – mainly vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan, creative and intuitive. I see food as an essential part of the retreat experience, supporting connection, wellbeing and integration.

I am drawn to places that operate on a human scale, where community, nature and meaningful work come together. I am not only interested in short-term roles, but also in longer-term collaborations and co-creation, where something can grow organically over time.

Currently based in Colombia, learning Spanish. Originally from Germany and open to relocation or longer stays.

What Inspires Me:

I am inspired by creating spaces where people feel nourished, grounded and connected – to themselves, to others and to nature. I believe food, movement and presence can deeply support transformation when held with care and simplicity.
