I am Nikita Leys, a passionate vegan/vegetarian chef with over seven years of experience in retreat centres and ashrams. My journey into retreat cheffing began with a deep love for holistic wellness and a desire to nourish both body and soul through food. With a background in Ayurvedic cooking, I create balanced, healthful meals that support well-being. I have taught Ayurvedic cooking classes, helping others discover the healing power of food. I thrive in the serene, community-focused environments of retreats, where I can craft vibrant, sensory-rich meals that foster connection and joy. Cooking is my way of creating magic and uplifting those around me.
