My name is Ambra, I’m a certified somatic and embodiment coach with three years\' experience facilitating movement, meditation and emotional wellbeing practices for groups and individuals. My work integrates life coaching, somatic movement, sound healing, guided meditation and gentle nervous system regulation to support people in feeling calm, grounded and connected. I bring a trauma-informed, organised and intuitive approach, creating a supportive atmosphere that helps people settle, open and experience meaningful inner shifts. I have led circles, workshops and 1:1 sessions and am available to collaborate at retreat and wellness programmes, with full travel flexibility and open to relocation.
