My name is Ambra, I’m a certified somatic and embodiment coach with three years\' experience facilitating movement, meditation and emotional wellbeing practices for groups and individuals. My work integrates life coaching, somatic movement, sound healing, guided meditation and gentle nervous system regulation to support people in feeling calm, grounded and connected. I bring a trauma-informed, organised and intuitive approach, creating a supportive atmosphere that helps people settle, open and experience meaningful inner shifts. I have led circles, workshops and 1:1 sessions and am available to collaborate at retreat and wellness programmes, with full travel flexibility and open to relocation.

What Inspires Me:

Morning walks by the beach, using movement to fuel my creativity, singing, writing poems and songs, spending time in community and nurture friendships, traveling and discovering new places and people.

My Favourite Book:

My favourite book is Rise Sister Rise by Rebecca Campbell. It\'s the book that opened the path for my inner growth as a woman. I often come back to it for guidance and sacred reminders.
