I apprenticed under master chefs in Bali, Thailand, Mexico, and Japan, learning to create each dish as a journey—from seed to plate—sourcing ingredients from local farms and trusted local artisans. Every menu celebrates seasonality, sustainability, and the exquisite details that transform a meal into an unforgettable memory.

In my retreats, food is more than a meal — it’s a sacred ritual of connection. I approach cooking as ceremony, blending seasonal ingredients, ancestral techniques, and mindful preparation to create experiences that awaken the senses and bring people back into harmony with nature and themselves.
