We use our own filtered water and don not buy plastic bottles. Villa Prati has solar power to support providing hot water and photovoltaic panels to support our energy consumption. We grow our vegetables and use mostly local organic foods from local farmers.

Daniela, the daughters owner will prepare delicious organic, healthy meals for you. We use organic produce and can cater for one or 3 meals a day.
