Our octangle shaped temple comes with a glass roof (can be partly/fully covered) and a soft floor (ideal for yoga or dancing) and provides you with all the props you might need: yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, blocks, straps, a powerful speaker and different instruments.
The measures of the temple are approx. 12 x 12 meters (40 x 40 feet) and it holds easily 30-40 people on yoga mats.

We work to conserve our use of water and electricity, source fresh and local ingredients for our food, are mindful of generating waste, reuse and recycle when possible, including composting.

Description

Pachānanda is the best located retreat center in the Andes, located in the beautiful rural outskirt of Cusco city with easy walking access to several sacred sites, with a stunning walk via Inka Trail down into the vibrant historic city center, and 20 minutes via car to the airport.

As THE ONLY RETREAT CENTER in Cusco (which is the prime energy center of the region) and the only center located along the Saqsaywaman National Park, it is within an easy walk to world-renowned energy sites and ancient sacred temples, including Temple of the Moon, Heart of Mother Earth/Temple of the Monkey, Saqsaywaman, Qenqo and Inkilltambo.

We are passionate about work together with our retreat hosts to create their experience and to support with everything from logistics to hosting ceremonies and healings. Our team takes you in as family and treats your retreat as our very own.

We are dedicated to anchoring in positive change for the world, through our retreats, trainings and lives. This mission aligns with the energy of our sacred location among the temples of Saqsaywaman and connected in a profound way to the transformational energy of Apu Ausangate, holy mountain of Cusco. We honor and work with the teachings of the Q'ero Nation, indigenous wisdom keepers of the Andes, and their vision for great and positive change.

We have rooms for up to 30 people, an octangle shaped temple with glass roof and props for your practice, a lounge area with stunning views, and fabulous local vegetarian food.

Bedrooms

Our 9 shared rooms have 2-5 beds (partly bunk-bed style), are spacious and all of them have shelves for your things, and a table for work. Rooms in detail: 3 x 5 beds, 3 x 3 beds, 3 x 2 beds.

Bathrooms

The new, shared bathrooms are accessed via covered walkway, spacious and clean. Spacious (and steamy hot) showers and toilet stalls offer plenty of privacy.

Cleaning

Cleaning service of all facilities and rooms is included in our package prices.

Catering

We organize a trusted local chef for you that will provide delicious vegan/vegetarian meals for you and your group, usually three meals per day are included in our package pricing.

Kitchen and Dining room

We provide meals through our kitchen. Our dining area can fit up to 40 people.

Outdoor

Pachānanda offers a lovely garden including a medicinal garden, a fire pit and seating area.

Things To Do Nearby

Pachānanda Retreat Center is located on the edge of vast nature with endless hiking trails, ancient Inca sites, streams and waterfalls. Just start your walk or hike right from our door, no need for transportation.
At the same time we are close to the historical center of Cusco, about a 30 min walk down an ancient Inca path or 15 min by taxi. Here you find numerous restaurants, museums and more!
