Kapuhala Sicily has 2 yoga areas, one outdoor by the pool bar with shade, another indoor shala. Both can accommodate about 12-16 participants. Mats and blocks are provided.

Eco practices

Kapuhala is a self sufficient property with most of the ingredients grown onside or sourced by nearby neighbour farms. It was an abandoned farmland re-cultivated, now a home of 15 hectares of vineyard, 300 olive trees and 200 almond trees.

Kapuhala Sicily Heritage Farmstay is a boutique property with traditional Sicilian architecture and decor, surrounded by 60 acres of organic farm including two vineyards and olive groves. Located only 5 min away from Marzamemi and Noto in southern Sicily, Kapuhala Sicily is a self-sustainable and eco-conscious property that offers farm-to-table vegan dining and Sicilian wine tasting. Guests will also enjoy fitness activities as well as yoga at its first-ever botanic yoga studio.
