Booking Conditions
Deposit of 30% non-refundable.
· Remaining payment to be made 8 weeks before arrival.
· Full payment will be required to guarantee the reservation within 30 days from the date of reservation.
· Deposit of €2,000 to be paid with the last payment 8 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be returned during the first week after the departure, by bank transfer, once everything has been verified as being in order.
· The payment of the additional services that may be required will be made on-site.
· No charge for final cleaning.
· Non-smoking farmhouse.
· You are responsible for maintaining the property and all its contents and land in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the beginning of the stay. You will be responsible for the payment of any breakage, loss or damage to the property caused by you or by any other member of your group.
Included in the rental rate, we offer:
· Farmhouse assistants, available 24 hours a day.
· Garden and swimming pool maintenance service.
· Daily cleaning service (4h a day, Monday to Saturday).
· Delivery of freshly baked bread every morning.
· A free arrival basket in the kitchen (Bread, water, fruit, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, ...).
· Some basic cleaning products for the kitchen and laundry.
· Courtesy charcoal for the barbecue.
· Rackets and balls for the paddle tennis court.
Cancellation policy
· In the unlikely event of cancellation of your reservation, please inform us in writing (email or fax) as soon as possible. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive a written notification.
· The 30% deposit required on the reservation is not refundable.
· If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival at the property or the reservation is canceled due to lack of payment, the owner will be entitled to the total amount of the reservation.
· The owner is not obliged to return amounts already paid to the owner in the case of non-attendance.
· The damage deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation.
Arrival and departure
· Arrival after 4pm local time unless agreed upon.
· The property must be vacated before 10h local time on the day of departure.
· If these schedules are likely to cause difficulties, please let us know at the time of booking.
