Role Requirements

Needs to be kind of quiet while the students are in class just because the kitchen is so close to the yoga space and someone that has good time management as we don’t micro-manage you, the main thing is lunch needs to be served at 2.30pm for the hungry yogis. Dinner can be left for our assistant to serve in the evening. We can provide a set menu but equally happy if you prefer to plan the menu. Needs to be able to drive in Spain.

Responsibilities
 Preparing self-serve/buffet style lunch and dinner for up to 12 students and 4 staff
 Must include a main and at least one side
 Minimum one dessert per week
 Lunch service (2.30), including setting out and clearing everything away (students put away their own plates etc)
 Dinner can be left with instructions for our assistant to serve in the evening
 Purchasing all groceries including any breakfast items we may run out of and household ítems such as soap etc we will provide you with a card to make the purchases.
 Keeping all receipts of purchased ítems and working within a budget.
 6 days per week Sunday to Friday (on Friday you’d prepare the dinner for the Sunday day off, no lunch necessary)
 Taking out the trash and recycling after each shift
