Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Retreat Chef to nourish our retreat groups in Ribatejo, Portugal, with delicious, health-focused menus. Depending on the group, menus will either be exclusively vegan/vegetarian or will incorporate meat options.
Prepare breakfast buffets and plated 3-course lunches & dinners.
Plan menus using fresh, seasonal, and local produce.
Cater to a variety of dietary needs (provided 1 week in advance).
Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Groups of 16 - 32 (help provided for preparation with larger groups)
