The estate is entering a new phase and is looking for an experienced person to lead its hospitality and day-to-day operations.

This is not just a guest-facing role. It is an operational leadership position for someone who can support the team, improve systems, coordinate delivery and protect the quality of the guest experience.

The role is about bringing structure, care and consistency to a beautiful environment with many moving parts.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the day-to-day hospitality team
Building clear standards, systems and ways of working
Managing the handover from sales into planning and delivery
Coordinating client needs, itineraries, staffing, rotas and event preparation
Ensuring internal communication happens clearly and in good time
Overseeing health, safety, fire safety and compliance
Monitoring costs, staffing efficiency and operational budgets
Protecting both the guest experience and the wellbeing of the team

We are looking for a mature, practical and people-oriented person with a genuine interest in retreats and experience in hospitality operations within a retreat centre, venue, hotel, estate or similar environment.

The role may suit either an established operational leader or someone ready to take on a broader level of responsibility.

This is a site-based role in the UK. Salary up to £60,000, depending on experience.
