Description:
The figure will be responsible for the daily running of our kitchen with everything that is involved, going from the preparation of two daily meals for up to 26 guests plus the staff, budget management, purchasing and storing of the groceries, hygiene and cleanliness, to the arrangement of cooking classes when requested.
The Chef will be expected to be solution-oriented and proactive, able to anticipate guests' needs, able to work well and effectively under pressure and to create and grant a harmonious working atmosphere among the restaurant team.
A strong and positive mindset, together with a tolerant and friendly personality, and a true love for nature, are also necessary to adapt to a remote and limited living and working space, and changeable weather conditions typical of a wild forest environment.
We require a full commitment for the whole season which will go from May till the beginning of October.
