Lodge building is 2000 sq. ft. including 1000 sq. ft. dining lanai (seats up 60) with concrete floor and finished picnic tables, day beds, nice wooden ceiling…currently open-air but could be enclosed. Also has ADA flush toilet and lav room, shower room with 2 showers and 2 lavs and changing room. Kitchen is 600 sq. ft. and ample to make food for 200 people if necessary.
Small utility building with cleaning supply closet, and pump room with triple-filtering system for 19,000 catchment tank (tank collects water from 5000 sq. ft of roof).

Pipes have been laid for an additional 30,000 gallon fresh water tank (estimated cost $8000) to harvest water off the other buildings. There is a space in the middle of the landscape for a large swimming pool which is currently a flat mowed area.
Cottages: Currently buildings and landscaping occupies about 4 acres of land leaving an additional 4 acres for cottages, fruit trees, landscaping etc. Our cottages cost approximately $25,000-$30,000 to construct and payback time on cottages with rental income could be as low as 12-18 months. This is the next phase of development I have planned.
Edible Landscaping: Also, 8,000 sq. ft. of screened-soil in raised bed vegetable gardens (for greens, veggies, taro, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, etc.) near the kitchen, hundreds of banana plants and hundreds of papayas, 150 young coconuts, 30 large producing mango, 6 lychee, 30 avocado, 15 breadfruit, 35 young citrus trees, numerous other producing exotic fruit trees. Within 2-5 years, the land could easily produce the vast majority of food for 40 people. Currently the majority of my diet is from the land. We have an abundance of papayas, bananas, greens, pineapple, and sell excess.
