The villa sits within a working 4-hectare Koroneiki olive grove, hand-harvested and cold-pressed on-site for our own extra virgin olive oil. Mature trees and gardens are watered sparingly, in keeping with traditional Mediterranean dry-farming practices.

Dar Aïcha est une maison d'hôtes de charme sur une propriété agricole de 4 hectares à Tazarka, sur la côte du Cap Bon en Tunisie, à environ 1h de l'aéroport de Tunis-Carthage. La villa de 650 m² compte 9 suites avec salle de bain privative pour 18 à 25 personnes, un grand salon, une cuisine équipée, un patio à fontaine, une grande piscine avec terrasse et un jardin planté d'oliviers. La propriété se privatise entièrement pour les groupes, retraites bien-être, séminaires et célébrations, avec un domaine oléicole (variété Koroneiki) offrant un cadre naturel propice aux activités de pleine conscience, yoga en extérieur et ateliers autour de l'huile d'olive. Cuisine tunisienne traditionnelle sur demande, service de conciergerie sur place (contact Fatma), transferts organisables depuis Tunis-Carthage ou Enfidha-Hammamet.

9 spacious en-suite bedrooms sleeping 18-25 guests total, each with its own private bathroom. Rooms combine traditional Tunisian decor (arched alcoves, tiled details) with comfortable modern bedding, ideal for group retreats and family stays.

9 private en-suite bathrooms, one per bedroom, finished with traditional Tunisian zellige tilework. Each has a shower, sink and toilet; towels and basic toiletries provided.

Cleaning

Daily housekeeping provided by our on-site host team, with full turnover cleaning between stays. Linens and towels included and refreshed regularly during longer retreats.

Catering

Traditional Tunisian home cooking available on request, prepared by our on-site staff. Half-board (breakfast + 1 meal) from 100-120 TND/person/night; full-board (3 meals) from 150-180 TND/person/night. Fully equipped indoor kitchen plus an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and bar for group meals.

Large fully equipped indoor kitchen for group catering, plus a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, sink and bar area. Dining can be organized indoors in the main living room or outdoors on the pool terrace and patio, seating up to 25 comfortably.

5 minutes from Tazarka beach and Korba town. 20 minutes from Nabeul's famous pottery souks and Hammamet's old medina. Kelibia's Punic fort and vineyards are 30 minutes north. Tunis-Carthage airport is about 1 hour away; Enfidha-Hammamet airport roughly 45 minutes.
