Description

Feline Fields The Lodge is a secluded luxury retreat venue in Botswana 's north-western Kalahari, surrounded by natural bush, open grasslands and uninterrupted wilderness. Its peaceful and private setting is ideal for groups seeking space, tranquillity and a close connection with nature.

Accommodation includes three Pool Suites, three Bush Suites and a Family Villa with two separate bedrooms and a connecting lounge. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathroom facilities.

The lodge features spacious communal and outdoor areas, a 25-metre lap pool, gym, tennis court, massage treatments and tranquil spaces that can be arranged for yoga, meditation, workshops or group discussions. Although there is no dedicated yoga or seminar studio, sessions can be arranged in the outdoor gym, communal areas or peaceful outdoor spaces.
Guests can enjoy horse riding, fat biking, guided nature experiences, cultural encounters, bush dinners and sleep-outs under the stars. Mediterranean-inspired catering can be tailored to each group, with dietary requirements accommodated with advance notice. This retreat venue in Botswana is fully solar-powered and has experience accommodating groups of 20 or more.

Bedrooms

The Lodge offers three Pool Suites, three Bush Suites and one Family Villa. Each Pool Suite has a king-size bed and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. The Family Villa has two separate bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, as well as a connecting lounge. The Bush Suites can be arranged for single occupancy or as twin rooms, depending on guests’ requirements.

Bathrooms

All accommodation includes private en-suite bathroom facilities. Each Pool Suite has an indoor shower and bathtub. The Bush Suites feature an indoor shower and a private outdoor star bath. The Family Villa has two showers serving its two separate bedrooms.

Cleaning

Guest rooms, bathrooms and communal areas are serviced daily by the housekeeping team. Bed linen and towels are provided and refreshed as required. Cleaning schedules can be coordinated around retreat activities to minimise disruption, with additional servicing arranged when needed.

Catering

Catering is tailored to the needs and preferences of each retreat group. The team offers Mediterranean-inspired meals and can adapt menus, meal times and dining arrangements to suit the retreat programme. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Kitchen and Dining room

The Lodge has a fully equipped professional kitchen operated by the in-house culinary team. Menus and dining arrangements can be adapted to each retreat. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces can accommodate groups of 20 or more guests seated together, depending on the chosen setup.

Outdoor

The Lodge is surrounded by open grasslands, natural bush and uninterrupted Kalahari wilderness. Outdoor facilities include a 25-metre lap pool, tennis court, outdoor gym, furnished terraces and comfortable seating areas for relaxation and group gatherings. Open-air dining and barbecue-style bush dinners can be arranged by the lodge team.

Bookings must be made and confirmed in writing by email. For groups of 10+ guests, a 50% deposit is due within 21 days of invoice and the balance 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 61 days before arrival receive a one-year credit; cancellations within 60 days incur a 90% fee.
