The role centers on planning and designing retreats, from shaping retreat concepts and daily schedules to coordinating activities, guest flow, and overall experience. You will collaborate on retreat themes such as wellness, mindfulness, creativity, leadership, healing, or nature-based immersion, ensuring each retreat feels intentional, well-organized, and transformative.
You will have the freedom to host or co-host retreats under your own brand, grow your audience, and expand your professional visibility while benefiting from an established, fully operational venue. Marketing and promotion will be a shared effort, allowing you to leverage your voice, network, and creative direction.
