Your Role: Operate and manage the restaurant, including menu creation, kitchen operations, staffing, and daily management. Host cooking workshops, culinary classes, and interactive dining experiences for guests and retreat participants. Partner with wellness retreats to provide meals, private dinners, or themed events. Organize pop-up dinners, tasting menus, and special culinary events. Capture content for marketing, recipe development, and social media. Manage suppliers, kitchen logistics, and maintain sustainable, zero-waste practices.
Requirements: Chef couple or small culinary team with professional kitchen management experience and proven ability to run a food business.
