Satvana is a new retreat center in nature, in the south of Alentejo, Portugal.
We’re opening our doors soon and looking for two beautiful souls to join our small team as we begin this new chapter.

1. Program & Guest Experience Coordinator (Paid Position)
✨ Part-time
💼 Paid position with long-term growth potential
📅 Start: Beginning of 2026 (flexible)
This role involves helping to organize retreats, support facilitators, and ensure a smooth, caring experience for guests.We’re looking for someone with retreat or hospitality experience, good leadership and computer skills, and a genuine love for inner work. It’s an extra plus if you also enjoy offering small programs such as meditation, sharing circles, or gentle practices that support the daily rhythm.

2. Housekeeping & Space Care (Volunteer)
✨ 20 hours/week
🏡 Private room, meals, and all living costs covered — can become a paid position later
📅 Start: As soon as possible
We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and familiar with daily housekeeping tasks — someone who enjoys caring for spaces and people, and appreciates simple, conscious living.
