A 30% deposit is required to confirm dates, with the remaining balance due before check-in. Cancellations: >3 months – 100% refund (-10% fee), 2-3 months – 50%, 1-2 months – 25%, <1 month – no refund. High season (Nov 1 - Feb 28 & Easter): no refund. For unforeseen cancellations, we offer retreat credit or a full refund.
