Our beautifully simple covered wooden yoga deck has forest and garden views, a gentle breeze and can comfortably host up to 20 people. Yoga mats are included as well as electricity and water for washing hands and feet.

In addition to the open air yoga deck we have the ability to host large gatherings ~30 people in one our airc conditioned spae with waterfall views!

Description

Cascada Elysiana is an eco-lodge and retreat center set on 28 acres of primary and secondary rainforest above Dominical, on Costa Rica's Southern Pacific coast. The property is centered around a majestic 60 m (200 ft) private waterfall reached by a 10-minute jungle hike, with creeks, cascades and a 30-year reforestation project woven through the land.

Designed as an intentional sanctuary for environmental stewardship and sustainable tourism, the property runs on permaculture principles: greywater filtration, dry-composting facilities, organic gardens and protected wildlife corridors that are home to white-faced monkeys, toucans, coatis and peccaries.

Accommodation includes 14 rooms with 35 beds for up to 40 guests across a range of options — two retreat houses (Casa Brilla and Casa Chacruna) with their own communal spaces, additional homes, large and small cabinas, glamping tents and a rustic dormitory. Retreat facilities include the open-air Yoga Deck, several air conditioned houses with large group gathering spaces, the Eco Lodge for meals and gatherings, and the jungle waterfall trail for ceremonies and immersions. The center hosts private groups, yoga and wellness retreats, plant-medicine friendly gatherings, workshops, digital nomads, teachers and student groups, and adventurers looking for an introspective, off-the-beaten-path experience.
