Hey I'm Ena, conscious chef nomad. My work is direct result of my own pursuit to heal, do good and eat well. I am devoted to using nourishing ingredients to elevate wellness & consciousness (+ satisfy your tastebuds, of course). The meals I create are made with love and intention. I source ingredients from local markets and farmers because I believe in being a part of a sustainable food culture. My food is always vibrant, veg-centric and seasonally led, and I take inspiration from local foods wherever I travel. My approach to cooking borrows from my search for wellness, my experience as a chef on luxury catamarans, and passion for serving up delicious meals that heal. I offer full catering, brunch, afternoon snack/light lunch and dinner. Ultimately the menu should reflect your offerings, intentions, physical expectations, and energetic alignment through food. My service include : Menu planning, Ingredients procurement, Food preparation on site, Serving and Plating, Cleaning.

I am a Nomad, always on the go but my base is in Croatia, Europe.

I am inspired by mother nature the most, seasonality and abundance, humans all around the world and day by day nomad life.
