Vanners Farm is a 17th century farm 5 miles from Newbury mainline station (45 mins to London), consisting of farmhouse, cottage and yoga barn set in 25 acres around a beautiful original farmyard.
The property boasts a large and very beautiful original 17th century ‘Tythe’ barn which has been renovated to now include underfloor heating with a tiled and polished concrete floor. The space can accommodate approximately up to 40 participants in a yoga class but can also be sub-divided into smaller spaces.

The property is situation just 5 miles from central Newbury which has a mainline train station with regular services to London Paddington (45 mins). The property is also 1 hour and 15 mins drive along the M4. The area forms part of the North Wessez Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and benefits from lovely rolling countryside and the beautiful nearby market town of Hungerford. Close by is a wealth of lovely gastro pubs as well as upscale and Michelin starred restaurants as well as Highclere Castle made famous as the house in Downton Abbey.
The property consists of a series of original 17th century buildings, set around a farmyard in 25 acres of its own land. Around the yard is the farmhouse, the dairy cottage, a large and beautiful barn (with underfloor heating), garage block, stable block and another smaller barn. Between the farmhouse and dairy cottage the property can accommodate 15 people. There is a wealth of additional accommodation nearby and tents/yurts can be erected in the field.
