The historic barn of the Masseria has been beautifully restored and transformed into a fully equipped 130 sq.m. Yoga room, with a comfortable capacity for 26 people, technical floor above the old “cotto”, heating and air conditioning systems, PA system with Ipod / Telephone connection, videoprojector. At the students’ disposal, yoga mats, blocks, belts, meditation pillows, futons and blanket
Eco practices
We have solar panel energy supplies. The Masseria is since 15 years a certified organic farm and produces extra virgin olive oil, wheat, vegetables and fruit that are daily used to prepare our healthy vegetarian meals, juices and homemade preserves and jams. Students can always join us to pick vegetables from our garden and seasonal fruit. And in Autumn take part to the grapes and olives harvest.

Sicilian Spirit retreat venue Italy, hosts yoga and meditation retreats in a charming XVII century farmhouse, surrounded by 25 hectares of a lush private park that includes a secluded oak wood, a small river, a large swimming pool and a labyrinth garden of the first half of 18th century.
Located in the Madonie area natural park, in the center of Sicily, the Masseria is a certified organic farm and produces extra virgin olive oil, wheat, vegetables and fruit that are used to prepare healthy vegetarian meals and homemade preserves and jams.
The historic barn of the Masseria has been restored and transformed into a fully equipped 130 sq.m. yoga venue. Sicilian Spirit retreat venue Italy offers 12 between suites and double rooms, one of which will be at free disposal for teachers. Therefore can host up to 22 students, plus teachers, for weekly retreats. In our treatments area, we offer Ayurvedic massages with organic, homemade, essenscal oils.
The Masseria is about 650 mts above the sea level, 40 km far from the coastal area of Cefalù, and about 100 km far from Palermo and Catania airports, from which Sicilian Spirit provides an optional Shuttle service. Both airports are linked to the main European cities with direct flights operated by Ryanair, Easyjet and all the other main low cost companies.
Bedrooms
We can accommodate 24 guests in 12 suites and double rooms, one of which at free disposal for the teachers. All beds can be separated or joined together. All rooms have heating and A/C
Bathrooms
We have four rooms with private bathroom, in the main building. The other double rooms, with shared bathroom – one every two rooms – are located in five cottages in the garden.
Cleaning
Room cleaning service once a week.
Catering
We offer vegetarian buffet meals, based on traditional Sicilian recipes. In addition, vegan, gluten free, without sugar preparation will always be present on the table.
Kitchen and Dining room
Cozy and bright, overlooking a panoramic terrace of almost 400 sq.m., the restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests, in pleasant tables for 8 and 12 seats.
Outdoor
Infinity 18 x 7.5 mts swimming pool. The 25 hectares park offers the possibility of walks on hiking trails, among over 700 olive trees, wheat fields, an orchard, an oak forest.
