The property was built in 2017 on a large plot of 4,130m² overlooking Ysterni Bay and Tsoukalia Beach and enjoying spectacular sea and island views. While it has all the advantages of being in quiet and secluded surroundings, it is just a 12-minute drive away from Naoussa, a 5 to 7-minute drive to Ambelas and Tsoukalia Beach, a 15-minute drive to Santa Maria, and a 12-minute walk to the remote small beach of Ysterni. The villa has been very well maintained throughout the years.
More specifically, it consists of three sections: the three-level Main House, the Lower Wing, and the independent Guest House. Each section enjoys large exterior lounging areas, pergolas, and patios so that privacy of each guest is guaranteed.
