Llys Ednowain is hostel style accommodation set over floors. It is graded 4* by Visit Wales and is accredited as both Walker and Cyclist Friendly.
There are 3 separate en-suite units. Prysor has 4 sets of bunk beds with shower room. Eden has 3 sets of bunk beds with accessible shower room and on the top floor Islyn a Cain has 2 bed rooms each with 3 single beds and a shared shower room. There is a shared kitchen which will seat 14 or more. There is also a drying room plus washing machine and tumble dryer. A meeting room downstairs is also available. This can be set-up in a number of different ways (theater style, meeting room style, cafe style) and has an overhead projector. Catering can usually be provided by prior arrangement. There is parking for 7 cars in the car park plus lots more parking over the road. Local halls (a couple of minutes walk) provide space for yoga or other activities.
Trawsfynydd village is in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Cycle route 8 passes the door. The Snowdonia Way (long distance path) also passes through the Village.
Apart from being surrounded by stunning scenery (lakes, mountain, forests) there are also a wealth of local activities (and activity providers) available fishing, zip lining, white water paddle sports, walking, mountain biking, trail running and lots more. We are also in an area rich in heritage and history - with Blaenau Ffestiniog being put forward in 2019 as a World Heritage Site, castles galore plus, again lots more.
