A very warm welcome awaits you at Huzur Valley where we have been hosting yoga retreats for 25 years.
Discover authentic Turkey with us.
Yoga Shala: The spacious yoga shala (8x12m) has room for up to twenty eight people to practice and is fully equipped with mats, belts, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Two treatment rooms available for massages, one indoor and one outdoor.
Established in 1993, it was the first centre of its kind in Turkey. We are located in a secluded mountain valley, and yet only 15 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and marina of Göcek, surrounded by pine forest, the accommodation is in nomadic yurts, nestled amid olive and fig groves. It is an oasis of peace in natural surroundings, simple and rustic , yet comfortable and beautifully maintained with all conveniences.
Gaze at the stars from your bed through 'the eye of heaven': the open roof wheel at the apex of the yurt. Relax on our Köşk (tree house), swing in a hammock with a book from our library, swim in our natural stone pool.
Our chef 'Sevgi's' food has been praised as 'legendary' by Harpurs and Queen magazine. Wholesome, delicious and locally sourced, she draws on traditional village recipes and adds a few twists of her own.
Let our experienced and friendly staff help you to enjoy your stay in this truly unique place.
Our yurts are comfortable and have wooden floors, doors, electricity and 'proper' beds. They adjsut to the ambient temperature so are cool at night.
You will find immaculately clean shared bathroom facilities. They are conveniently located around the property consisting of 5 showers and 7 toilets.
We provide fresh locally sourced and seasonal produce. Our own olive oil, fresh vegetables, salads, pulses, pasta, rice, cheese, yoghurt and egg dishes are servet buffet style.
