All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and hot water. We have 7 queen rooms for private or couples, 6 double twin rooms to share, and 1 dorm room with 4 beds. All rooms have ensuite bath.

Each room has a full bath with shower, sink and toilet.

Cleaning is provided daily.

There is an onsite restaurant for a la carte ordering, buffets, or family style meals.

The dining area is beneath the palapa on the entry and makes for a great spot to hang out or send a few emails with our 250Mbps Starlink internet.

There is an onsite pool, 1500sqft paved mixed use area, and plenty of spaces to lounge.

There is a variety of activities in town, from the iconic Giant's Foot hike to surfing and exploring. You can even join a sunset soccer match on the beach with the locals. With a protected bay offering easy boat launches, you can explore the coast line and hit some of the most exclusive surf spots. Day trips to see active volcanoes, Granada, Ometepe, Ziplining and more are available.
