Large spaces characterize our property in retreat centre Italy.

The villa consists of two large communicating apartments, with large living rooms and kitchens on the ground floor, bedrooms are on the first floor.

9 bedrooms, 3 living rooms with fireplace, 2 dining rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens. 14 pax, max 16

The bedrooms are large and furnished with antique furniture. 5 bedrooms have bathrooms with access from the bedroom and walk-in closets. 3 bedrooms have an external bathroom which is shared with another bedroom. Some rooms have double beds and some have single beds. One beautiful area is located on the top floor, the attic space to work or relax, with a desk and chair, two sofas, a characteristic private bathroom. Two bedrooms with private bathroom are located on the ground floor, close to the kitchen and one of these has the disabled access, they could be used eventually for the service staff (baby sitting etc.).
There are also 2 service bathrooms on the ground floor.

Outside there is a swimming pool 5.5 x 11 mt. deep 1.40 mt. with sunbeds under the pergola.

There is a beautiful covered barbecue area with table and place to sit with a great view on the valley, where you can enjoy Summer evenings. There are several tables and chairs in the outside are to organize special lunch/dinners or enjoy an aperitif at the sunset.

During Winter times the consumes of the heating has to be paid at the end of the stay.

To arrive at the property you need the car, to arrive to the villa retreat centre Italy you have to drive 1,5 km of unpaved road from the closest main road
