In Fattoria we host our guests in the restored buildings of an old farm, far 3kms from the streets, after a typical Tuscan cypress's lane. On the back of the buildings a 4 hectares forest and in front spaces to practice or to rest and join the peaceful nature.

We have 8 rooms all with private bathroom and with air conditioning and heating.
We have a meditation/yoga room of 70sqm with wooden floor and heating. All around the farm there are places where it's possible to practice on green lawn or paved areas.

During the retreats we offer full board service in our little restaurant in the two dining rooms, both with old fireplace, in the main building. We use local, natural and genuine products chosen based on direct knowledge of the producers and their principles.

Our venue is isolated in a peaceful and energetically powerful place, but at the same time in a ideal location to visit Etruscan archeological sites (Roselle, both Etruscan and Roman), small charming villages dating back to the Middle Ages (Tatti, Montemassi...), artistic parks (Tarots Park of Niki de Saint Phalle) and lot more.

We are also 30 minutes away from the seaside, with wonderful beaches like Cala Violina.
We started two years ago hosting retreats, especially yoga and meditation. Our main goal is to prepare and maintain a serene atmosphere for the successful of the retreats and to be available for any our guests request . While we are building our experience in hosting retreats, we have 12 year-experience in touristic
hosting.
