Hey there, my name is Lissy, originally from Germany but home in the world. I´ve always been an enthusiastic person with a deep love for nature, movement and holistic health. 8 years ago I started my Yoga Teacher Journey on Big Island Hawaii and since then, always added new skills. For more than 5 years I worked as a Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher in the Alps of Austria. In this time I gained lots of Natural Health knowledge and deeper wisdom of more Massage Therapy and Bodywork like functional training or fascia training as well as a Pranayama Breathwork Diplom. I love to spread good energy, zest of life, health basics and deep rooting to the humans out there.
