My name is Jessica and I help facilitate spiritual experiences! Utilizing tools such as breath work, and meditation I help guide those who wish to learn themselves deeper and connect with the higher power of their understanding.

I appreciate the gifts of the universe in all forms as life is consistently teaching if you are willing to listen and learn. My intention is to be a channel for those ready and willing to leap into their destiny with love, patience and grace.

I specialize in freedom breath work to help release stagnant energy and that which no longer serves you. By guiding you in a deep breath work, you are able to shut of the prefrontal cortex or the thinking mind to access the subconscious, allowing emotions, thoughts and memories to fully process clearing that space for peace.

I guide in breath work, meditation, and ritualistic ceremonies. I have a keen eye for beauty in the mundane making art and experiences for anyone who attends my events a core memory. Specializing in women’s retreats, I help make mine and your ideas come true!
