This role is for someone who can fully own the daily life of the place: team coordination, budgets, decisions, and challenges. You will be the steady operational anchor, ensuring the center runs smoothly, sustainably, and with care.
This is a small, human-scale operation, suited to someone drawn to depth and meaningful work.

What you will hold:
Overall operations and day-to-day coordination
Budget oversight and financial responsibility
Team support, guidance, and conflict resolution
Guest experience and operational flow

Who you are:
Experienced in retreat centers, hospitality, or intentional living environments
Comfortable holding full responsibility independently
Grounded, reliable, and solution-oriented
Able to balance structure with human sensitivity
