Description:
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for the hotel. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. The Sales Manager works closely with the hotel's management team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and partnerships with travel agencies and online travel agents (OTAs).
Build relationships with key clients, attending industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and secure business contracts.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable t terms and conditions for the hotel.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as operations and reservations, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and guest satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, seeking resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
