This opportunity is for a recruiter who would love to be a pioneer of what conscious, heart-centred recruitment is. The Dream Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting in-house as well as for external clients. The Dream Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting individuals who are both happy and highly progressed in their inner way of relating to the world and their outer way of relating to success in life. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that specialises in heart-centred recruiting for dream missions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit people who are heart-centred, have a high level of consciousness for companies such as companies that provide AI solutions which help humanity discover consistent happiness through AI mentors and coaches
- Build our team of specialist, heart-centred recruiters
- Attract great people to the team of all-star advisors, experts, and potential candidates for other dream missions
- Ensure suitable alignment with everybody on the team and potential candidates for other dream visions

Requirements:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-tech or AI-related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and networks
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and intuition
- Understanding of heart-centred recruitment and its importance in building a successful team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
